New Norm Co. is an online community for people who want to eat more plant-based, feel good, take their health to the next level and live their best life. We provide information to help you do it!

New Norm Co. was founded by me- Stormy Ray! I’m a Canadian girl from a little town up in Northern BC but now based in The Fraser Valley.  I developed a deep passion for health and wellness while searching for answers to my own health issues.

I decided to start New Norm Co. to share with you what I know, my experiences, my struggles, my ups, and downs and how I found ultimate happiness in a plant-based lifestyle!

And coming March 2020, I will be teaching you how to shop, cook, and feed yourself tasty plant-based meals so you can feel good every day (well almost every day, let’s be realistic- no one feels good every single day of their life).

For now- grab my smoothie bowl guide book to learn how to make an easy, tasty plant-based meal ASAP

I’m here to help you get over those hard bits and keep on working to be the most vibrant version of yourself. I know if can feel super freaking far away at times. I literally never thought I would feel good. I almost accepted feeling like shit forever. Then one day I was like eff this- my friends feel good all the time. I want to feel like them! Even if it means doing the craziest of health cleanses, diets, and protocols. Little did I know a plant-based diet could have saved me so much effort. So i’m here to help you figure out how to leave animals off of your plate, how to stick to your guns, to help you overcome your cravings- or at least teach you to grab better food when you have them.

I’m here to teach you how to make your way to a more plant-based life. To feel good. To have energy. To say good-bye to stomach aches, or constipation, IBS, candida overgrowth, brain fog, fatigue, bloating, skin problems or really whatever the heck might be working against you. I want to help you fuel and nourish your body so it can have a fighting chance.

Say bye-bye to a body that works against you and makes your life a living hell. Hello to a body that feels freakin’ great inside and out. Hello to a body that works for you. A body that helps you achieve your own dreams instead of dragging you down.

I know changing your diet – or anything in your life for that matter-  can be hard at first, and all those beautiful vegan food blogs and instagram accounts out there make it seem like it’s so hard to make a tasty plant-based meal. Don’t get me wrong, I spend hours scrolling looking at all that beautiful food and using it for inspiration. But if you’re just beginning your plant-based journey I know even thinking about making that food can feel hella complicated.

I am here to make it easier- to give you confidence in the kitchen so you can fuel your body and feel energetic, confident and good in your everyday life! Sign-up here to be the first to know when my how to cook plant-based course comes out in March 2020.

In the meantime follow me on Instagram in the meantime for meal inspiration.
