I was super pumped to interview her because I am a big advocate for the whole-food plant-based lifestyle because it changed my whole health, which ultimately changed my whole life!

Paula Hoile is a wife, a mother of two beautiful girls, and a full-time blogger. She is the creator of Mental for Lentils, an online resource for all things whole-food plant-based. On Mental for Lentils Paula covers everything you’d want to know about adopting the lifestyle, she shows you how to do it, the science behind it, and she has tons of recipes! She even has a really cool meal planner that helps you figure out how to plan your plant-based meals – you can get that here. Paula also has her Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from E-Cornell. She lives in Ontario, Canada where her whole family lives out their plant-based life! Isn’t that awesome? I can’t wait to have plant-based kiddies!
