I was super pumped to interview her because I am a big advocate for the whole-food plant-based lifestyle because it changed my whole health, which ultimately changed my whole life!

Paula Hoile is a wife, a mother of two beautiful girls, and a full-time blogger. She is the creator of Mental for Lentils, an online resource for all things whole-food plant-based.
