The New Norm Show is a podcast dedicated to showing you how a plant-based diet can be your gateway to a happy healthy life! I realized shortly after the pandemic began and social distancing became the norm that it made more sense than ever to go plant-based.  Apart from being extremely good for you, all the obstacles to adopting a new diet are removed. Ep. 2 – Shauna Chandler on being Vegan in a Small Town, Raising a Vegan Family and Starting a Plant-based Business

In this episode, I interview Ted Carr – creator of Canada Vegan Fest. Ted is a 10-year raw vegan who focuses on a fruit-heavy vegan diet. He is the most determined and strong-willed person I know. We discuss how veganism helped him kick unhealthy habits, the value of cold showers, food combining for optimal digestion, raw veganism, and more!
